The organization intends to apply for registration under Sections 12A and 80G after fulfilling the prescribed statutory, compliance, and operational requirements.

3. Donation & Tax Exemption Disclosure

Donations made to Meeramma Foundation are not eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act at present.

All contributions received by the organization are voluntary donations and are accepted with the clear understanding that no tax benefit is currently available to donors.

This disclosure is made in the interest of complete transparency and donor awareness.

4. Financial Management & Fund Utilization

Meeramma Foundation is committed to responsible financial management and ethical utilization of funds.

The organization follows the principles outlined below:

• No portion of the income or property of the organization is distributed to directors, members, or office bearers

Meeramma Foundation is governed by its founding documents and managed by its Board of Directors.
